Owning real estate at age 14!!
This young lady sold various things and saved up her money. She then came across a house for sale for $100,000. But it was a short sale being sold for $16,000. She then put down her $6,000 and asked her mom to put down the other $6,000 because they talked the bank down to $12,000 for the house. She fixed up the house a little bit and now rents it out for $700 a month. At this rate this 14 year old will be a millionaire by the time she is 18 years old. I love Entrepreneurship and the freedom it creates for those who wish to embark on this journey! Get $!
